Products will ship in business days. During sales and promotions, processing time may take up to 7 business days.

This is the time it takes to prepare your order. It gives us the re-assurance of quality control check. It allows us to test our hair to make sure it meets our quality standards. Make sure to check your emails and spam folder for tracking numbers. It would be the same email used to place order. Wait after 5business days to contact us about tracking number issues.

Payment terms are always 100% upfront. we accept major credit cards. As soon as an order is placed online, your credit card will be charged. We do not accept fraudulent activities. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be lead to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
